At Neurozone®, resilience is at the heart of what we do. We know that stronger resilience doesn’t just mean bouncing back from challenges—it also supports better mental health and creates the capacity to truly thrive. One of the most accessible ways we’ve been helping people strengthen resilience is through our Microlearning Journey: a 3-month program of 35 short videos and podcasts designed to fit easily into the schedules of busy professionals.
Testing the Microlearning Journey
Back in early 2024, we tested an early version of the program—a smaller pilot of just 14 short videos and three live tutorials—with a group of working professionals. We found their average Neurozone® Resilience Index (NRI) scores rose from 70 to 76, shifting them from the “Moderate” band of resilience into the “High Moderate” band. This wasn’t just a small difference—it was a statistically meaningful improvement, and all the more impressive given that the program was only in its beta stage.
With these promising results, we expanded the Journey into its full form: 35 bite-sized, neuroscience-based videos and podcasts, with no live tutorials required.
Replicating the Results
From April to May 2025, we put the full Microlearning Journey to the test with a new group of working professionals. Their results were strikingly similar:

Just like in the first group, in this group of professionals, their average NRI scores rose from 70 to 76—a 9% increase in the first score. This was also statistically significant and moved the group above the Neurozone® User Average (72) and from “Moderate” to “High Moderate” resilience.
This kind of replication—finding the same results in a new group—shows us that the Journey’s impact is both real and reliable.
The Impact on Mental Health
Higher resilience scores don’t just look good on paper; they’re linked to meaningful improvements in mental health. From our wider research, we know that a 10% increase in resilience can predict:
This means that, in tandem with experiencing greater resilience, participants in this Microlearning Journey may have experienced a modest boost to their mental health.
The Takeaway
Science is strongest when findings can be repeated—and this latest study confirms what we saw in our first trial: Neurozone®’s Microlearning Journey genuinely helps build resilience. For professionals looking to strengthen their mental health and thrive in demanding environments, it’s a proven, science-based partner on the journey.
